With Accessibility permission, the lyrics window shows QQ Music's shuffle, repeat and Favorite buttons. Clicking them uses QQ Music's own menu.
Controls while a video plays
When a video in the browser takes over the media keys, play, pause and skip in Lyrimuse still reach QQ Music, which stays in the background.
No sign-in
Lyrimuse doesn't need your QQ Music account. Pick QQ Music in the setup guide and you're set.
